EVENT DETAILS
How does your body respond to stress? Do you fight? Run away? Play dead? Would you like to use herbs to respond more mindfully and more usefully to stressful situations? The nervous system has amazing ways of coping with the world, AND sometimes it needs a little help to find balance. Learn ways to re-wire your nervous system through breath, food, and plant medicine in this interactive workshop. Bring a mug for herbal tea-tasting.
